Hello Grizzlies! Today I am going to tell you about your “Daily Challenge”. We would like to challenge you to do 5 push-ups, 20 jumping jacks and 10 sit ups three times a day. I suggest morning, afternoon and late afternoon/early evening to do your workouts. You can do these exercises anywhere you want; your bedroom, while watching TV or outside in the grass. Remember to wait at least 30 minutes after you eat and to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Ask your parents if you can go on and find workouts, there are hundreds if not thousands of workouts in all different levels of difficulty. If you have Xfinity there are exercises On Demand, also if you have a Fire Stick Amazon offers many free workouts.
