Week 5 Challenge
This week, I am challenging all Gilchrist Grizzlies to do a daily dose of stretching!
Stretching is very important to being physically active! Some things stretching helps with is healing our muscles, preventing injury, and allowing our bodies to do more movement!
The chart below has some Yoga Poses (Stretches) that I would like every Grizzly to work through daily! This may be done when you wake-up, when you need a break from school work, or before and after physical activity!
